Simplify's job is getting the form filled — its Copilot extension autofills applications across a wide range of applicant tracking systems, and it is very good at it. Career Rift's job starts once the form is sent: keeping thirty live applications straight, telling you what each reply meant, and getting you ready for the interview. Plenty of people should use both. If you must pick one, pick on whether your problem is submitting or tracking.

Simplify's Copilot fills application forms across a wide range of applicant tracking systems. Our extension saves jobs well and autofills, but we do not claim their reach. If you send many applications a week, that difference adds up.

Simplify shows you roles to apply to. Career Rift does not — it works on jobs you bring it. Finding roles and managing roles are different products, and we only do the second.

Clear cases apply on their own; anything uncertain becomes a suggestion you accept or dismiss. The cover letter shows its work
Each paragraph comes with a note on why it is there and which part of your profile backs it, shown beside the text as you read. That guards against the failure that matters — not a bad letter, but a convincing one that claims something you never did. Tone, length and your own notes steer it.
Company research that cites sources
Employer research comes from a live web search, not from what the model remembers, and it returns nothing rather than an answer with no source — because a confident guess dressed up as a report is worse than no report.
Built for coaches too, not just one person
One workspace holds several profiles, each with its own access, so a career coach or an agency can run several searches without everyone seeing everything. Admins see every profile in the workspace; agents see only the ones they are granted.

Can I use Simplify and Career Rift together?
Yes, and many people probably should. Use Simplify to fill the forms, and Career Rift to track what happens next. Neither gets in the other's way.
Does Career Rift find jobs for me?
No. There is no job feed. You bring jobs in with the extension or by hand, and Career Rift tracks them from there.
Is the autofill as good as Simplify's?
We do not claim it is. Our extension works on several major boards and on careers sites you switch it on for, but broad autofill is Simplify's specialty, not ours.
