What can the assistant see?

What you can see when signed in, and nothing else. Every call goes to the same API as the dashboard with your own session, so your workspace and permissions apply unchanged.

Does Career Rift send my data to the AI vendor?

The server returns results to the client you connected, the same way a web page returns them to your browser. What that client then does with the conversation is covered by its own vendor's terms — the same as anything else you type into it.

Does it store anything?

No. The MCP server is stateless — no database, no credentials. An instance exists only while a call is in flight.

Is there an extra charge?

No. It is part of the product, and every feature is free during the beta.
