What's included in the free plan?
Once billing starts, Free covers up to 25 applications on the board, a basic company directory, notes on each application, 3 job fit analyses a month and 3 interview preps a month. During the beta there are no limits on any plan.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro will be $9.99 a month and removes the limits: unlimited applications, full company research, unlimited notes, unlimited job fit analyses, unlimited interview preparation and the profile builder. Right now all of it is free.
Is this a subscription?
Pro will be a monthly subscription at $9.99 a month once billing starts. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is charged during the beta.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can move up to Pro whenever you like. If you move down to Free, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
None yet — no card is asked for during the beta. When paid plans start, you will pay by card, and only if you choose a paid plan.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Once billing starts, if Pro is not working for you in the first 14 days of a subscription, contact us and we refund it in full.
Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?
No. Your data is never deleted. If you move to Free you keep every application, note and document you already have; only new usage is held to the Free limits.
