Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the free plan?
The tracker, in full: unlimited applications on the board, checklists, notes, activity, the browser extension, the calendar with Google sync, the resume builder and the document vault. Email tracking is included up to 500 tracked emails a month. Resume import is free too. What Free does not include is the AI — posting analysis, fit scoring, cover letters and interview prep.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account has Max — every feature, company research included — for its first two months, with no card and nothing to cancel. When the two months end the account moves to Free on its own and keeps everything it made — you only pay if you choose a plan.
What does the Pro plan include?
Everything in Free, plus unlimited email tracking and all of the AI: posting analysis, job fit scoring, cover letters, and interview prep with per-bullet deep dives. Company research sits on the Max plans rather than Pro — it is the most expensive thing we generate.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Today, one thing: company research, the deep read of an employer with sources behind it. The same difference separates Team from Team Max.
What do the Team plans add?
Seats. Team is Pro with more than one person in the workspace — invitations, shared candidate pipelines, shared profile access and role-based permissions. It is not a rung above Max, which is why the pricing page asks who you are buying for before it shows you a ladder.
Is this a subscription?
The paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly — a year costs ten months. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Free, and the two-month trial, charge nothing.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can move up whenever you like. If you move down, you keep what you paid for until the end of the period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, through Polar, our merchant of record — it takes the payment and handles tax where you live. No card is asked for until you choose a paid plan.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If a paid plan is not working for you in the first 14 days of a subscription, contact us and we refund it in full.
Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?
No. Your data is never deleted, and anything already generated stays readable — an analysis you ran on Pro is still there on Free. Only new generations are held to the plan you are on.
